You arrive with one project that has been sitting half finished for months. You leave with it done.
Monday arrival to Saturday departure, 2 to 5 founders. Built for neurodivergent founders, and for anyone who finishes better in a room with other people.
The weeks

A week runs with 2 founders booked and takes 5 at most. Whether a week runs is decided 14 days before arrival.
What happens
- Day one you name one Primary Project. That is the thing you leave with finished.
- Mornings are Completion Labs: you work side by side with the other founders, not alone at a desk.
- Body doubling at its finest.
- Afternoons are yours. Pool, beach, quiet, a nap, focused work if it calls. Nothing is scheduled over them.
- One 60 minute session with Jill during the week.
- Meals on the residency rhythm, so food is one less decision.
- Sunrise at the beach. Morning movement and meditation, if you choose. Then a power up breakfast aimed at regulating your nervous system.
Donna access is included with your stay.

How booking works
- 1. Book a call on the booking page, answer its questions and pay the $500 deposit. That holds your place.
- 2. On the call we name your project and confirm your week.
- 3. We invoice the balance after the call, and it's due 14 days before arrival.
The deposit terms
- Your deposit is refunded in full if we decide the week isn't the right fit for you, or if your week doesn't run.
- We invoice the balance after the call, and it's due 14 days before arrival. Once paid, the balance can't be refunded. The one exception is if we cancel the week because of low sign-ups or because the venue cancels.
